Great sound, an amazing music selection, and dance lighting are just the beginning. We help plan the details you may not even think about on your big day—wireless mics for speeches, seamless transitions between formalities, and the kind of energy that keeps the dance floor packed. This package includes everything you need for a reception of up to 300 guests.
We provide 30 minutes of pre-ceremony music while guests are being seated, followed by 30 minutes of processional music. If your ceremony and reception are in separate spaces, we can add a second sound system so the transition is smooth. We'll also have a wireless mic for your officiant—lapel, handheld, or both—so every word is heard.
You have one chance to bring your vision to life, and we take that seriously. As your day-of Event Coordinator, we devote every minute to you and your vendors—meeting deliveries, solving last-minute emergencies, lining up the wedding party for the processional, managing ceremony and reception setup, and coordinating every formality from highlight dances and cake cutting to speeches and the grand exit. In short: we'll take care of you.

Our Social Booth uses the features of your venue as the backdrop—no awkward curtain required. Guests snap photos, add filters and overlays, then share directly to their phones or social media in seconds. Customized to your event's needs
A $150 retainer holds your date. Many couples pay via Venmo or PayPal. Once the retainer is received, we'll send you the contract along with access to your music and planning pages. An additional travel charge may apply for events more than 60 miles from our office.
First, we plan—a meeting 3–4 months out where together we build the framework for your event. Then, we manage—John acts as your DJ/MC handling music, transitions, and even games, while Melissa makes sure your day goes smoothly behind the scenes, from coordinating vendors to bringing you some much-needed water. Finally, we all party—making your event fun and memorable for everyone.
